Our version honors that simplicity while introducing a few quiet (shhh!) evolutions.
We replace the water in our rum with coconut milk and a touch of dry sherry, and build our syrup from coconut water and coconut palm sugar.
Finally, the drink is clarified through gravity alone - a gentle process that transforms it into a true milk punch: clear, silky, and balanced.
